A novel, a unique way to tell the story of an ancient India. Eloquent writing and a unique way to express the need for a change in long running practices and how a leader can motivate!! Also, a love cannot be as pure as it was between “Neelkanth and Sati”. Last two chapters are more than a story, it reflects the dilemma of making an opinion based on what we hear!! A dilemma of Neelkanth after decimating Chandrvanshi’s is that even though there way of living is different yet it is not necessary that they are bad people and this realisation after a mass destruction is frustrating and fills the hear with guilt.
My biggest lesson from this book is that perception based on others view leads to a destruction of ideas, thoughts and humanity!!
